Abby serves as an Account Director at NextAfter, where she helps non-profits scale their resources, mission, and impact. A competitor by nature, she thrives on the high-stakes challenge of discovering exactly what helps her clients win, bringing a relentless energy to every strategy she builds.

Abby originally thought she’d spend her career as a professional camp counselor, but after enough nights in uninsulated cabins and wooden bunkbeds, she decided to channel that same enthusiasm, fun, and drive for impact into a different arena. She has spent the last 12 years in the non-profit space, including a decade-long focused on growing direct response programs.

Abby eventually married her camp crush, and they now have three high-energy little girls. Based in Colorado, they try lean into every state stereotype by spending their free time hiking, biking, and camping. When she isn’t outdoors, Abby is likely cooking, eating, or—most realistically—strategizing her next meal. Driven by a passion for unleashing generosity, she is committed to helping mission-driven organizations win.
