Bryce serves as an Optimization Director at NextAfter and is passionate about helping organizations advance their mission through digital fundraising. He treasures his role in providing digital fundraising strategy and ideas to help organizations grow and achieve their goals. 

Having worked in the fundraising and online payments industry since 2013, he has helped hundreds of organizations and ministries increase their fundraising and development. Bryce is an advocate of Hubspot’s Inbound Methodology. He spearheaded his previous employers’ transition from an outbound marketing strategy to an inbound approach. With this transition the company was able to see year over year growth.   

Before diving into the business side of fundraising, he was part of a new church plant in the Fort Worth area where he served as the communications pastor for 2 years. 

Bryce currently lives in the Las Colinas area with his wife, Ashley, and their two dogs, Lucky and Hudson.  In his free time he enjoys getting in a round of golf any chance he has, and cheering on his favorite sports teams the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers.
