Gina joyfully serves as the Optimization Director at NextAfter. She is spirited and competitive in achieving results for her clients and their causes. Strategic questions and optimization through testing are her cake and ice cream.
She has a mosaic of experience in fundraising and marketing for non-profits that took shape in her place at NextAfter. Gina has spent years focused on improving results for the work that really matters — blessing the lives of the beneficiaries as well as the donors by helping them pour into the causes that matter to them most. She is passionate about helping to develop relationships with donors and caring for them as individuals while communicating with them by the thousands.
Most recently, Gina served as the Director of National Donor Outreach for a small liberal arts college with a fundraising revenue of $150 Million or more a year. She launched their successful recurring giving program and improved their net revenue through innovation and strategy.
In years past, she also served as a teacher and can’t help but learn voraciously and then impart that knowledge. Naturally this plays a role in her service for her clients as an optimization director.
Gina adores living in God’s country (Texas) with her husband, four kiddos, and bear of a dog, named after one of her favorite authors, Virgil.
