Karen is mission-driven with a focus on bringing positive change to the local and global community.
Prior to NextAfter, Karen worked in Marketing and Fundraising for two prominent International nonprofit organizations. Her previous work has included CRM database management, Mid level and Major gifts, and donor relations. She enjoyed reporting and tracking campaigns and wanted to dive deeper into the data to learn the reasons behind the results.
At NextAfter, Karen is living her dream in getting to drive forward the missions of nonprofits while providing data analysis to optimize fundraising programs.
Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and International Studies from the State University of New York and a certificate in Business Analytics from Cornell University.
She has traveled to four continents and lived in Southeast Asia for a year. She lives in Rochester, NY with her husband, where they enjoy spending time in the Finger Lakes.
