Last year, I had the opportunity to speak on the big stage at the MECLABS Optimization Summit with my friend and colleague, Nat Ward.  In our presentation, we shared some of the learnings from our experiments.  This is a short clip from our presentation where we show how we increased our email acquisition rate by 282% with just a few small changes.
