Lauren Pepper

Lauren Pepper serves as an Optimization Associate on the NextAfter team. Her passion for helping others and uncovering what drives decisions, paired with her innate adaptability, makes her an asset in digital optimization, as she is not afraid to push the envelope for our clients’ success.

In 2025, she graduated from Samford University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a concentration in Data Analytics. During her time at school, Lauren developed a love of data visualization and its power to provide insights that drive positive change.

In her free time, you’ll find Lauren either at the gym, watching a rom-com, or curled up with her dog Sox, puzzling away.
