Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Content & Creative Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a creative and resourceful professional who loves crafting engaging content, designing impactful visuals, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive growth.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—across digital campaigns, live events, podcasts, webinars, and more—while ensuring consistency and excellence in every piece of communication. As part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll support strategy execution, manage creative projects, and contribute fresh ideas that advance the NextAfter brand.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development
- Design creative assets for paid and organic campaigns (ads, social, email, landing pages, etc.)
- Write compelling marketing copy that drives engagement and conversions
- Create visuals and content for webinars, podcasts, sponsorships, and live events
- Design decks for internal and external presentations
- Serve as a brand advocate, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and tone
Execution & Support
- Publish and schedule blog posts, email campaigns, and social content
- Assist with launching and monitoring digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Support execution of agency-hosted events and promotional partnerships
- Track and organize creative and campaign assets using project management tools
- Capture and edit video for events, internal communications, and HR initiatives
- Support updates to internal websites and landing pages
- Manage the Marketing Asana board, including tasks, deadlines, and meeting notes
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist on campaign execution
- Work with internal stakeholders to align creative direction with organizational goals
- Contribute to brainstorms and planning meetings with innovative ideas
- Act as main point of contact for support questions related to websites, online course tools, and CRM
Other Contributions
- Support the team during the annual NIO Conference
- Embrace opportunities to grow and contribute beyond core duties as needed

Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000
